Light. The 13 day rule does not make sense. When the first Kira had killed, there was a length of time that that Kira had not been active, over 13 days, wasn't it? If you are indeed Kira, then you would be dead already.
Also, the fatal heart attack rates from Japan would be higher, wouldn't you agree? By about 28 people, at least, if the rule was true.

The elevator is broken. That means over 11 floors to walk up and down. Unless I order roomservice...
I wonder how they're doing? If Light is leading them around in circles or are they smart enough to know how to find him. Some rules must be fake. I'm not sure which ones are capable of finding out the truth... |
